2. Pre-launch reservations

During our pre-launch period, you can reserve products without payment. A reservation is not a confirmed sale and does not guarantee stock. We'll confirm availability and final pricing at launch before any payment is taken.

3. Pricing & availability

We aim to keep all information accurate, but prices, descriptions and availability may change. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock issues or suspected fraud.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
• Don't use it for unlawful purposes.
• Don't infringe our or others' intellectual property.

6. Intellectual property

The Quvenza name, logo and site content are owned by Quvenza Store and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quvenza Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
