What does “pre-launch order” mean?+
It means you can reserve products before we officially open. No payment is taken up front — you only pay once we confirm your order at launch. Reserving early gets you launch-day pricing and priority dispatch.
When does Quvenza Store launch?+
We're putting the finishing touches on the store now. Reserve your spot or join the waitlist and we'll email you the exact launch date as soon as it's set.
Am I charged when I reserve?+
No. Reserving is completely free and commitment-free. You can cancel any time before launch with no charge.
Where do you ship?+
We ship both domestically and internationally. Full timelines and costs are on our shipping page, and exact rates are shown at checkout.
What's your return policy?+
Returns are accepted only if a product arrives damaged. To approve a claim we require a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened, so we recommend filming one for every order. Approved claims get a free replacement or full refund. See our return policy for full details.
