Shipping & Delivery
Everything you need to know about how and when your Quvenza Store order arrives.
Dispatch at launch
Pre-launch orders are prepared and dispatched first, in the order they were reserved. Once we go live, confirmed orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours.
Delivery timelines
- Domestic: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7–18 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
These are estimates. Remote locations, customs checks and peak periods may add time.
Shipping cost
- Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Free shipping promotions will be announced at launch.
- Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
